Hi, I’m Ty!

I love training. I love training hard. I love to challenge my body and push the limits. I think you should too. I also think there’s a better way to do it. I’ve spent 20 years working as a trainer/coach. 20 years of getting people started. 20 years of helping people navigate injury. I’ve dedicated my life to watching people learn, grow, and get strong AF. Every single person I’ve had the pleasure to work with has left a lasting impact on me and how I train. I do this because I love it. I do this because I want YOU to love it just as much.

How do I help?

I graduated in 2001 with a degree in Sports Medicine. After “not loving” that career, I decided to try out the local Bally’s and see what personal training was like. I never looked back. 13 years ago i did my first CrossFit workout. It’s been pure love ever since. ‘since 2003 I’ve been “fixing” people. I use my experience to find and correct faulty movement patterns so you can minimize risk of injury and get back to doing all the things you love. Through in-depth assessments, literal decades of experience and a no quit attitude, I am confident that I can provide you with the programming you need to get to where you want to be.
