Who am I to tell you what to do?
I’m Ty.
Lover of all things high intensity.
I was that person. The one that worked out her entire life. Knew her way around a weight room. Had done gymnastics growing up. Played volleyball and softball. Got a degree in Sports Medicine and began my career as a personal trainer in 2003.
Then, in 2009, I found CrossFit.
What was this? This new way of blending heavy lifting, with handstands, with running, with you name it!
I dove in DEEP!
I was good at it. And I drank ALL the kool-aid.
I still do it. I still love it.
But I have been around long enough to see many errors in how it is taught.
I have built my business by fixing broken CrossFitters and have learned that so many of the aches and pains that are being endured could so easily have been prevented had they just learned how to do it right the first time.
By being patient.
By being humble.
By taking the time to learn how to hold the bat before swinging for the fences.
Let’s do that!
